Agromovil Winner of Panama World Bank-supported Startup Competition

In May 2018 Agromovil AMGlobal participated in and was one of the 5 winners of the Panama We-Empower Cities Accelerator, a startup competition sponsored by the World Bank and the Government of Panama. The program highlighted the way in which Agromovil technology could help promote efficiency and sustainability and provide additional opportunity for women-owned businesses across the developing world. The Panama Accelerator is preparing to expand investments in Colombia and Mexico and has already led to new opportunities for Agromovil, introducing the AMGlobal team to potential investors and potential board members like Constanza Nieto, founder of one of Colombia’s largest pension funds.
